Foundation:
As an affiliated company
of Minoo industrial group (M.I.G), it was established in 1959 under the name of
"Khorak co." to trade and distribute F.M.C.Gs manufactured by "Pars Minoo" (the
biggest company of M.I.G) exclusively. Pars Minoo co. produced these items
under the license of many famous European manufacturers. In food stuffs, brands
such as Kit kat, Tuc, Digestive and Mackintosh. For pharmaceuticals, brands
such as Sandoz, Serl and Boots. In cosmetics & healthcare brands such as
Lancome, L'oreal, Vichi and Gelarouch where produced. In 1984, Khorak co.
changed its name to Ghasem Iran co. developing a new distribution network in
distribution industry of F.M.C.Gs.
